Shri Vishwanath Pratap Singh

Brought into the world on June 25, 1931 at Allahabad, Shri V.P. Singh is the child of Raja Bahadur Smash Gopal Singh. He attended Allahabad and Poona Universities for his education. He was hitched to Smt. Sita Kumari on June 25, 1955 and has two children.

An insightful man, he was the glad pioneer behind Gopal Vidyalaya, Halfway School, Koraon, Allahabad. He was the Leader of the Understudies Association at Udai Pratap School, Varanasi in 1947-48 and was the VP, Allahabad College Understudies Association. In 1957, he was an active member of the Bhoodan movement and gave away a well-established farm in the village of Pasna, District Allahabad.

He was the individual from All India Congress Board of trustees; Chief Body, Allahabad College, 1969-71 and Administrative Gathering, Uttar Pradesh 1969-71. He was the Whip, Congress Official Party, 1970-71; Individual from Parliament (Lok Sabha), 1971-74; Association Delegate Priest of Business, October 1974-November 1976; Association State Priest of Business, November 1976-Walk 1977; Individual from Parliament (Lok Sabha), January 3-July 26,1980. He was the Central Clergyman of Uttar Pradesh, June 9, 1980-June 28, 1982; Part, Regulative Committee, Uttar Pradesh, November 21, 1980-June 14,1981; Part Administrative Gathering, Uttar Pradesh, June 15, 1981-July 16, 1983.

As an Association Pastor of Trade in January 29,1983, he likewise held extra charge of the Branch of Supply in February 15,1983. He was the Individual from Parliament (Rajya Sabha) in July 16, 1983; on September 1, 1984 he was chosen President, Uttar Pradesh Congress Board and on December 31, 1984 he turned into the Association Money Priest.
